Recode fonts #20

In this branch, we are reencoding the other two fonts, Smolensky and Shaidur, for the new Unicode codepoints.

@starover77 Please review. I have finished reencoding the fonts. All the codepoints should agree with the standard accepted by Unicode.

We know need to add anchor points for the Shaidur font.
