When ClientComm learns of a clients court date from Ctracks the following should occur:
alert case manager that there is a court date for their client
prompt case manager to send a message letting the client know immediately that it has been scheduled
prompts case manager to set a notification message for that client.
notifications show up on the pending notifications page
when notification is sent, the notification creates a new conversation for the client on their message page
Alternative:
Case Manager settings page
allows them to create a template that populates with individual court date information and smart sends a notification
setting to pick how far out before the court date to send the client a message
automatically set notifications show up on the pending notifications page
Case manager gets an alert that a new court date notification has been created and links to the pending notification page if the case manager wants to edit it.
when notification is sent, the notification creates a new conversation for the client on their message page
