Support multimedia in ClientComm correctly (uploads) #237

Note, goals set forth that above are in response to (also from that issue): For this card, let's have the goal be:

  1. Include in mock ups how images look in the message stream
  2. I imagine there might also be a view page that just looks at any multimedia a client has sent to a case manager (like a photos album, basically)

"Can we add pictures to texts? My clients will send pictures of their prescriptions, pay stubs, certificate of completions, etc, but they confuse my e-mail to them texting this info would be awesome! Add ability to print?
