outbound and inbound voice messages are not distinguished from each other visually #369

Outbound and inbound voice messages in a message stream look identical (solid rect, left-justified), unlike outbound (outline rect, right-justified) and inbound (solid rect, left-justified) sms messages. Outbound messages of any type should be styled the same way.

The outbound voice message also says it was "received via" rather than "sent to" the client.
