Also, please remove following folders / files from the repository: libs/ 01-pdp_files/ In the git shell, type git rm --cached libs/ 01-pdp_files/
Also, please move all images to the images/ folder
Please use citation instead of footnotes. This means you have to put references in the book.bib file and reference them with \citep{key}
The captions for the images seem a bit off.

In Linux the file names are case sensitive. This means you should rename your file Ice_plots.jpeg to ice_plots.jpeg so that the circleci can build the books
