Works for me if I comment out mlr3, but not otherwise. Can you reproduce that problem on your machine?
for some reason, chapter-order pointed to sllides rather than slides-pdf for the mlr3 stuff, so compiling would only work if you had the PDFs locally in the mlr3 folder. fixed that, does it work now?
