Integration with HPOBench #14

This issue is used to track integration with HPOBench.

Integration is an ongoing process and not in scope for submitting the publication but planned at a later date.

Closing, integration with HPOBench has concluded. It's currently available in the development branch https://github.com/automl/HPOBench/blob/development/hpobench/benchmarks/surrogates/yahpo_gym.py
