Ledvu update #323

Update includes:

Support for APA102 chips (targeted for t-embed s3)
Adds menu to plugin
Adds gain to scale some responses (see #320)
Improve command config responses
General updates to use latest macros

NOTE: I did not add the sequence to the ui command structure, as this is a special case (I did add a ledvu konfig entry so the TEmbed can be added as a specific "Target" with the sequence added.

I'm going to go ahead and close this PR due to a merge/force-push inadvertently caused build issues.

The PR needs re submitting, but will hold back until #342 is implemented and stable. In the mean-time, I'll will create a ledvu-update-clean branch in my fork for reference. I plan on removing APA102 support to keep it 'simple'.
