Bug fixes to address #320 and #349.

There is a problem with bootswatch submodule. I think you should remove that from the "committable" items.

Crap! I was being so careful as well. I'm struggling to figure out how to remove. I may have to create a fresh PR.

EDIT: Figured it out. Now excluded. This is ready to merge
