With ZZZS improving their data accuracy, the users have dropped the number of error reports significantly.
Users who are not accustomed to our UX or do not read/understand what they are clicking are now sending requests to see a doctor through the error reporting system. To mitigate that we should add a prompt that warns users that this is only for reporting errors and not for contacting doctors.
The prompt should be visible enough for user not to pass by. It should state something like this:
"Are you sure you want to submit data error? This form is not intended for contacting the surgeries"
The user should acknowledge somehow that he_she is in fact trying to report an error and not trying to get a date to visit the doctor.
