ghost cursor error with html mode toggle in Firefox 9.0.1 (Trac #1590) #1590

This issue where the character (U+205E)is being inserted when switching from HTML mode back to editing mode is still very much existing. Has anyone been able to resolve it? Please respond if you have any knowledge regarding this pesky issue.
