Add an NDC drug search page #34

I dropped a file, 'ndc-search.csv', in this folder: \rfa01\bwh-sleepepi-home\users\rsm31

The goal will be to allow PATS coordinators to lookup NDC codes (first column) to input at the time of medication entry, which would be in addition to entering the medication name into Slice already.

They might search by NDC code, Proprietary name (brand name), and non-proprietary name (generic name). There are more things in the spreadsheet, I don't think they need to be prominent (perhaps not shown at all).
