Fahrenheit to Celsius #584

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changing in the Settings have no effect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to change F(Fahrenheit) to C(Celsius). It is not working.

What version of the product are you using?
Version 1.5(Latest as of this post)

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Samsung Galaxy S4 SC-04E, Android Version 4.2.2

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.

Please provide any additional information below.
I did change it to Celsius in the settings, somehow it does not register on the 
widget.
