Ability to have a lock while using widgets. #601

Securitysmmary says I'd like to be able to use a the widget while using a 
security lock as well. Whenever I add a lock, my phone reverts to the default 
clock. I have a galaxy s4 so it might be just my phone but, hopefully you can 
find a way to fix this?
