What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.the clock is visible on the lock screen.
2.swipe down to see the extensions
3.no extensions are visible. Just blank space with the clock on top.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After swiping down, my extensions should be visible. But I just see the blank
screen. And yeah, I have added extensions from the app.

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Samsung galaxy s4, running android 4.3.
Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
No I am not using any custom rom or launcher. Everything is stock. I haven't
even rooted the phone.
Please provide any additional information below.
