搜索框无法在输入后直接按回车搜索

有个小小的bug，搜索框没输入完后习惯性的敲下回车，没法直接搜索，只能用鼠标点搜索框旁边的放大镜按钮才能搜索，有点别扭。。

手动把谷歌换到了第一位，不知道是不是因为这个，明天再测试一下
