Feature Request: SALT Key Sync with LDAP #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter SALT Key after login with LDAP 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Working as expected; you must enter your SALT Key after logging in with LDAP 
credentials

What version of the product are you using?
Teampass 2.1.3

Please provide any additional information below.

I would like to request the ability to have SALT Key synced with LDAP. For 
example, if LDAP login is enabled then SALT = LDAP Credentials. Otherwise if 
LDAP login is not enabled then SALT feature is working as originally designed.
