"Copy Done" not logging

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as any user
2. Navigate to an entry and either select it and click the copy password button 
on the right, or the mini copy password button (enabled in settings) with or 
without selecting the entry
3.log in as an administrator and check the views>>logs>>Copy Done
4. No Entries :(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see a log entry showing that user copied that password

What version of the product are you using?
TeamPass 2.1.5

On what operating system? With what Browser (IEx, FFx, ...)
Windows 7, tried Chrome 17.0.963.83 m and FF 11.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure if I am missing a setting. can't find any. The logs for "Accessed" 
work, but if I enable the mini copy buttons a user clicking on that mini copy 
will not be logged in the "Accessed" log. I would like to use the mini buttons, 
but we need to have logging for copies.

Thanks for attending to this. Unfortunately I just performed a fresh install 
with the 2.1.6 code, and I still have the same issue.  I first performed an 
upgrade on my 2.1.5, and it somewhat seemed to be working, but there were some 
other issues going on (don't believe they were related to the app) so I wiped 
it all out and started over. And I am still getting the sames result now with 
the clean 2.1.6 installation:( Any thoughts?
