Can't log in - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure LAMP, phpMyAdmin on Ubuntu 12.04LTS
2.Unzip files to installation directory
3.Point a browser to http://servername/TeamPass/install/install.php
4.Complete installation sucessfully
5.Point browser to http://servername/TeamPass
6.Attempt to log in with Admin/Admin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ajax-loader.gif is displayed, but admin user is not logged in. Screen remains 
at login prompt

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.13

Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.3.101ubuntu3.4                               with 
Suhosin-Patch mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/1.0.1 configured

On what operating system? With what Browser (IEx, FFx, ...)
Installed on Ubuntu 12.04lts, accessed with IE9

Please provide any additional information below.
Providing invalid credentials behaves the same as providing valid credentials. 
No errors are logged in /var/log/apache2/error.log

I'll add that 2.9 worked fine, but 2.1.13 is does exactly as OP says.

This is the same for me. Fresh install of 2.1.18, every step works fine, 
database creation is OK.
I even tried to manually edit the database and set me up an email for the admin 
account in order to use the "forgot password" link. But the new generated 
password does not work either.
