Rawora lost tp perms :( #15

Short overview of the issue

Rawora used to have tp perms (for himself at least anyway) and now he doesnt

Steps to reproduce the issue (describe how you can cause this issue to happen)

-be rawora -log in to NA -type /tp Rawora Number81 -observe no teleportation occurs

Is this issue new / recently noticed, or something that's been happening for a while?
