Short overview of the issue

Jesus hacks should NOT trigger fly kicks, because all players have the NCP waterwalk perm that should allow them to bypass Jesus checks. However, players get kicked for Jesus even with the perm.

Steps to reproduce the issue (describe how you can cause this issue to happen)

Turn on "Jesus" hack to walk on water. Walk/Run on the water for a while and you will get kicked for fly.

Is this issue new / recently noticed, or something that's been happening for a while?

Has been happening for a long time, an issue with NCP.

This will probably require creating a custom fork of NCP to fix the fly kick check.
