Webcam use detection does not appear to work on Windows 11

The indicator is reporting "ON" even after toggling between webcam usage. Other sensors seems to work as before.

Let me know what log/troubleshooting info would be helpful.

A reboot helped resolve. Will reopen if it seems pervasive.
