Fix MQTT Port and Sensor Names in Readme #139

The port used in the setup is not the default port used for mosquitto. Also change the webcam / microphone names as they were swapped around.

Thanks for the PR! The default port for when using TLS is 8883 though and I would advise people to use that when possible. I'll merge this and add some more information. Thank you!
