fscms: file-system content management system

problem

This name is not totally fitting. fscms is designed to be extensible via custom loaders, some of which may have nothing to do with the file-system.

solution

What brings this all together is packing content, not code, for static websites. Webpack is great at packing code.

This is webpack-inspired content linker, meant for webpack. contentpack? cmspack?

Renaming to content-loader, because it will be a webpack loader
