Addons do not load automatically after app restart #2

To reproduce:

start PMS on android
install an addon & run it
restart PMS on android (close and re-open app)
addons don't load anymore in Stremio and http://127.0.0.1:7777/catalog.json returns empty

Current work-around for people who are experiencing this bug:

open the PMS interface at http://127.0.0.1:7777.
navigate to your addon
click the 'playing' icon. it will look like nothing happened.
reload the PMS interface
navigate to your addon and you will be able to tap 'play' again.
