Make "screen always on" optional #42

Keeping the screen always on makes Quill use much more energy than before. 
Would it be possible to add a preference for this feature, i.e. to make it 
optional?

I use Quill during the whole day, having some notebook open most of the time. 
If the screen is always on, my battery is exhausted after some hours.

It's even important enough (to me;) to be added as a toggle to the toolbar.
