Currently the bdsm-info script generates trouble log entries with headers that look like
bdsm-info
Jan 30 23:23:05 zhdk0044 WD-WMC1F0D48SKX (sdg) disk errors
Instead of the "MMM DD" format ("Jan 30") we should use the ISO "YYYY-MM-DD" format:
2017-01-30 23:23:05 zhdk0044 WD-WMC1F0D48SKX (sdg) disk errors
Reasons: The year can be useful when observing the disk fleet over multiple years; we use this format elsewhere; sorting is easier.
