Ability to change source IP to arbitrary value #43

In flow testing, it's sometimes beneficial to choose an alternate source IP.

Open ended: Allow setting the IP via the command line.

Tighter controlled: (if you're worried about UDP floods) Allow setting the IP from any given IP on the box. (primary or secondary ips)
