crashing of matlab while running cti file

I want to do analysis of water gas shift reactor in cantera. So I've made cti 
file for that.I've also made command program for that. I'm doing his on matlab. 
But when I run the simulation matlab stopped working. I don't get what is the 
problem is. Here I'm attaching my cti and command file for reference. I've 
taken the reactions from detchem site.   

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
My operating system is windows 7 64bit.
matlab version 2013 64bit
python version 2.7.8
cantera 2.1.1
Kindly help me to solve the problem

When you post, please include the exact text of the error message, or the line 
of the script where Matlab crashes. You can figure this out by adding 
disp('Line number X') so that Matlab will print something when it reaches that 
line.
