Clarify relayDomains parameter setup configuration #4

Hello and thanks for this library, super useful and easy to get into.

I suggest a small documentation change to clarify the usage of the relayDomains parameter, which, of missing from the configuration, might lead to unexpected results (mails going into rejected rather than inbox list).

I will prepare a PR
