binary sensor error #10

Hi,

Im getting this errors:

Platform error binary_sensor.predistribuce - Requirements for predistribuce not found: ['lxml==4.7.1'].

and

Unable to install package lxml==4.7.1: error: subprocess-exited-with-error × python setup.py egg_info did not run successfully. │ exit code: 1 ╰─> [3 lines of output] Building lxml version 4.7.1. Instalation via HACS works fine, but creating binary sensor makes error. May be related with Issue #9? Thank you for your help and good work.

try use only sensore :-)
