Release Tarball #5

When scalpel's previous maintainers went away it lost homebrew support and I would love to get it going again. I've already got the formula built. The only thing I'm missing is a tarball release of scalpel, which I wasn't able to find here or on TSK homepage.

An easy fix would be to enable a release.

The current code has essentially the same functionality as the previous release. We made a bunch of internal changes to make it more library-friendly and to fix some memory leaks, but haven't fully tested it. Do you just want a tag of the original code or are you looking for a tag of the new changes?

You could put the original code as a stable release and the current state as a pre-release. I am currently able to build and use the code with changes.
