https://github.com/sleuthkit/sleuthkit/blob/develop/debian/copyright does not include all licenses

See https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/ for how to add multiple licenses

Or how Debian/Ubuntu do it http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/s/sleuthkit/sleuthkit_3.2.3-2.2.debian.tar.gz

If sleuthkit-java_4.6.5-1_amd64.deb was build with the dpkg files in the debian directory, that file might be violating its licenses.
