Statements: improve on-board experience - getting initial OFX information #13

Make it easier to obtain the correct OFX information when creating new FI. 

Currently:
  . Asking user to go to http://www.ofxhome.com/ to look information. Since http://www.ofxhome.com/ provides a REST call. See if we can use that to make the search/add gesture easier.
