Currently, new UK user has to make a lot of "Edit" setting to get to the right
combination. See if we can encapsulate it into a single menu selection.
Also, add a "default, safe" US profile to getting to know safe settings. This
will be useful for debugging issue so that we can ask user to "getting back to
safe" settings.
