downloaded statement quantity vs account quantity: shares

the downloaded statement quantity is usually 0, and it will replace the account 
quantity, and the shares in the account become 0, that is the holdings of 
shares is zero after importing the ofx file into ms money

Hmm ... I have not see this one before. To some level that is either a bug in 
the generated *.ofx file. My tool does not read or parse the download *.ofx 
file. Though I am interested to see an example to see if anything can be done 
(simple parsing) to help: perhaps put up a warning that the *.ofx file has bad 
values.

If you can provide a sample SANITIZED (removed personal info) *.ofx, I will 
what (if any) can be done.
