Link to Epmem tutorial is broken #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to http://code.google.com/p/soar/wiki/SoarTutorial
2. Click on the Episodic Memory Tutorial (or right-click to save link)
3. Get 404 - The requested URL /~soar/downloads/Documentation/SoarTutorial/Soar 
Tutorial Part 8 - EpMem.pdf was not found on this server.

What is the expected output? Expected a PDF file, probably one named "Soar 
Tutorial Part 9 - EpMem.pdf" (see below for Part 8 vs. Part 9)

What do you see instead? If opened in a new tab, a 404 error (as above). If I 
try to save the link, a 357 byte file named "Soar Tutorial Part 8 - EpMem.pdf: 
is created that actually contains the HTML for the 404 error page.

What version of the product are you using? I'm on Firefox 13.0

On what operating system? Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I also found it strange that both the EpMem and SMem tutorial files were named 
Part 8 - since EpMem is #9 on the tutorial page.
