epmem's creation of operator* attributes is not documented in the manual #129

Soar 9.3.2

When retrieving an episode of a time when there was a selected operator, the 
operator wme is reconstructed as operator*, presumably so the agent can tell 
which operator was selected at the time. At least, that's what I think is going 
on. I'm not sure because it's not documented anywhere as far as I can tell. 
Please add this to the documentation!
