What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Soar Java Debugger (9.3.1)
2. Start an external environment (I use dTank)
3. Start dTank simulation, attempt to connect to local Soar kernel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should connect to remote Soar kernel. However, it fails

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Soar 9.3.1, Mac OS X 10.7

Please provide any additional information below.
This worked perviously under Mac OS X 10.6 and below

I have been using 10.7 for some time without a problem. However, if your
environment was compiled with a version of Soar prior to 9.3.1 and you are
connecting with a 9.3.1 debugger, you will get hangs. There was a 64-bit update
that causes this. You should also confirm that you are attempting to connect to
the appropriate port (check this with the "port" command on the environment).
