Support Material Generation for "Slice to SVG" option not functional #1399

I've been using the Slice to SVG option with Gary Hodgsons Projectlayer with good results - thanks!

Release notes with v0.8.3 mentioned that experimental support material generation for Slice to SVG option had been implemented. However, if I enable "Generate support material" and try to add rafts to a part I only get blank layers.

Is this feature enabled differently for SVG file outputs?
