Fill bug with solid fill every n layers. #1635

produced a 100 mm square by 0.5 mm high .stl solid.

Sliced with settings (below). No perimeters, no solid layers, 80% fill, default all layers 0.1 mm. rectangular fills

layer 1 spacing 0.25 1mm fil per 100mm trace (solid fill or 100%) layer 2,3 spacing 0.625 2mm fil per 100mm trace ( 80% fill ) layer 4 spacing .55 8mm fill per 100mm (solid 100% fill) <<< Anomoly 4x other rates layer 5 spacing .625 2mm fill per 100mm trace (80% fill)

spacing's match extrusion widths with space for fill density. Solid fill every 3 layers, which picked layers 1 and 4. (ok)

Bug is layer 4. It should be about 2mm per 100mm trace, but is 8. Notably, it is layer 4 and it is 4 times too much. (could be coincidence). Not clear if it is right width. Infill was 0.5 which 0.55 is close to. However solid infill was 0.8, so not sure what width should be.

Bug is same in V0.9 and V1.
