No warning for illegal layerheight #2048

ver 1.1.2 W7/X64 If layerheight is selected higher than nozzle diameter (for any reason), no warning is given but slicing is made with default settings instead without any warning. Not very user friendly :-(.

Thank you, this is fixed now… validation was basically ignored.
