This issue is dedicated to the GSoC student @curieos who proposed to implement the wireframe printing technique in Slic3r: https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/projects/#5662414690320384

@curieos has been working on another pull request (#3885) for adding a shell_thickness option, which is not finished yet. I recommend finishing it during the four-weeks community bonding period so that you'll be free for working on wireframe afterwards.

@curieos, welcome to Slic3r! Would you please introduce yourself to the Slic3r community? Please mention any experience with 3D printing or similar technologies, and include your time zone and operating system.
