Extra lines on first layer

Describe the bug Occasionally I get weird extra lines on the first layer. In the screenshot, see the extra line joining two corners in the third hexagon (counting from the inside). When I had circles instead of hexagons, I had even more in the way of extra lines.

To Reproduce See attached stl and config.
