added Voron Switchwire profile #35

Lots of people asking for a default profile to work off of. AAs the Switchwire is one of the easiest, entry level Voron builds figured it wouldn't be a bad profile to add!

You have set your new printer notes with "STU" instead of "E3DV6", but there is no "STU"-compatible filament, so i replaced "STU" with "E3DV6", for now.
