Quiz Time Limit #3

Add a time limit to the quiz.json file, and make the quiz stop when that time has elapsed.

That is, stop the timer (leaving the time showing), and stop recording selection events.

(Though it might be useful to still allow selections to be made and displayed, so that students can continue looking for the correct answers after the quiz has closed.)
