Knocked out a few quick server infrastructure wins
1) Switched to using SQL, like we talked about (specifically, I went with Postgres)
2) Switched to using a configurable logger which will do things like log in a given format and roll over logs daily
3) Simplified installation instructions (and made it easier for contributors who run more than one version of node on their machines.)
