Update Canonical Ad Page terms #71

The canonical ad page could use some lovin to use the latest terminology:

[ ] change “sponsors” to “sponsor”
[ ] change “sponsor types” to “sponsor “type”
[ ] add field for “sponsor affiliation”
[ ] display party of candidate
[ ] display what race this is — prez, house/district, senate
[x] for sponsor type, display standardized names
