Race / Cycle should be associated with ads #84

Sponsors have them, but the ads themselves need to have them locked in since apparently candidate and sponsor values can change over time. This needs to be created in ACF and then referenced there rather than from the sponsors / candidates table.

Update: the race / cycle fields do still exist from version 1 -- the code just needs to reference them again.

This fix has been pushed (it's on the plugin code base)
