Build obtained through npm install is not up to date #72

I think some modifications/bug fixes made to cassowary were not published to npm. Therefore the build on the github repo (version 0.0.2) does not correspond to the build that gets downloaded through npm (also version 0.0.2). The npm version does not benefit from the latest bug fixes.

fwiw https://www.npmjs.com/package/cassowary_head_dlc is the head as of day dlc (base 36) since the unix epoch (would do a normal date but npm doesnt like numbers in package names)
